Handmade and custom items all ship from Adelaide Australia.

Handmade items: Due to the hand painted and hand dyed techniques used to create each piece it can take up to 6 weeks plus postage for some orders, depending on my workload up tp 10 weeks Plus post for any pre orders or hand sewn items.

Each item is shipped for an $10.50 flat rate in Australia.

Express post is $15 in Australia.

International postage is $25.

Where possible I will use biodegradable post satchels or satchels that can be recycled.

Lost or stolen items:

Once each item is made and posted unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for lost or misplaced items as this is out of my control.

Refunds - due to the custom nature of all handmade items refunds are not possible once the item is ordered and making has begun. In very rare cases a replacement or refund will be given if the item is faulty and sent back in the original condition. But as many of my custom items are made to order sometimes replacements are unavailable. Please contact me to discuss a resolution.

If printed items from my printer are faulty please contact me for a replacement print.
